REQUESTS!

Yep, from time to time I've had a few special requests made. (Heck the only reason I made a Xellos was because somebody requested him.) I usually can make any character that's been requested, as long as the requestee carries through and pays for it. As of now I have made:

Alternate Outfits:

Pajama Gourry - I made this as a thank you to my friend for helping me write Memories. Little did I know what I was getting myself in to...

Pajama Lina - Said friend was so taken with the Gourry, she made me make her Lina to go along with Gourry! (And tell me this isn't adorable!)

The Not So Common Slayers Characters:

Saygram - Yes, oddly enough, somebody wanted a 'lil doll of the monster. (And I do mean monster!) While I thought it an odd request, it was a request nonetheless so I made Saygram. (Luckily I had all the materials I needed to do so!) I must say I'm pretty pleased with how he came out. He just looks so menacing! (I have a future goal to make at least one doll of every major baddie. At least those I have the character designs for!)

Lemmy - Okay, so she wasn't actually a request, but a birthday present I made for a friend. Still, Lemmy's pretty cool (but virtually unknown to Slayers fans who've only seen the anime. Find out more about her at: http://www.geocities.com/psycho_lemmy/lemmy_insanity.html Go now!) ^_- I was actually sad to send her off...

Jillas - Another birthday request! (I seem to get a lot of these..) I was sad to see him go, but not as sad as my mom! She fell in love with him, and she doesn't even like Slayers!

Dilgear - This request was a bit different than the norm as well, especially since the requester wanted Dilgear to have a more stylized face. I'm pretty pleased with him myself (and he seems to be too!)

Zelgadis - What's the big deal, I've done many more, is that what you're thinking? Well this one is special because he's a whole 13 inches tall! (Look and compare.) I can make the dolls larger by request, but they cost $15.00 more than the little guys. (Shipping remains the same, though.) Also, he's not as unproportional as the picture looks. (Maybe next time I'll just take a picture of the dolls laying helplessly on their backs.) ^_-

Pokémon:

James - Yes, the one from the dreaded Team Rocket! He was actually a lot of fun to work on because he doesn't wear a cape, so I was able to get him done within a few days.

Inu Yasha:

Renkostu & Jakotsu - These requests just get more and more challenging! This pair was fun to do...I just wish I hadn't lost the picture I took of them! (Tailfluffgirl, if you ever see this, please send me a picture of the duo in action!)

Kirara - This was the first non-humanoid plush I made, and I was very happy with how she turned out. (I didn't want to send her off in the end!) She's seen here at Neko Con 2003, riding on 'Sango's' shoulder. I made the costume, too. ^_- (Never for myself, sadly...)

Teen Titans:

Beast Boy - Oh, I have been plagued by my friend to make this guy for a while (I'll admit I'm not a fan of Teen Titans), so I finally sat down and did it. Imagine my surprise when he turned out! Why am I giving him away again?

Homestarrunner:

Strong Sad - I am something of a fan of the homestarrunner website (although not nearly as much as who this is for!) It was actually hard to attach his head as he's not exactly proportioned normally, but I was pretty pleased with the results. I ought to try and make the rest of the cast...

Shaman King:

Chuck - You cannot believe how much this doll scares me! Still, a request is a request. Needless to say, I was glad to send it off!

Other:

Zellana - I was put to the challenge of sewing an original character (inspired by Slayers, of course.) So, what do you think?
