Filia, a golden dragon, first shows up in TRY, when she needs Lina and her friends to save the world from a prophecy predicting the destruction of the world. She is a shrine maiden of the Fire Dragon King and she tries desperately to get Lina to come with her to the sancuary. Being a dragon, her dragon tail pops out constantly, epecially when she's angry, because she's not used to being in human form. When she does get angry, she flips up her skirt, pulls "Mace-sama" off from her leg, and gives a apinful blow to whoever offends her. She's known very well because of her mace!
Filia feels sorry for Valgaav, a dragon / Mazoku mix, because he is so miserable, but he feels the complete opposite because her ancestors killed off his kind, the ancient dragons, leaving him alone as the only one left of his kind. But she never knew about what her people did in the past, and when she finds out she is completely ashamed of it. As for Xellos, the trickster priest, she holds a grudge against him for killing hundreds of dragons in the "War of the Monsters' Fall", and to annoy him she calls him "Raw Garbage".
